zur Nieden Lab Presents at First STRIDE Symposium
UCR Riverside established a new STEM program, in collaboration with CIRM, named STRIDE that aims at providing laboratory experience for high school students in Riverside. One of the STRIDE trainees, Isabella Lepe worked on projects that aimed to develop alternative methods for assessing cytotoxicity in our osteoblast cell culture. The first annual STRIDE symposium was held at UC Riverside on July 23rd and CIRM TRANSCEND trainees Ariana and Ruthia presented alongside Isabella.
