Dr. Sparks participated as a panelist for the Diversity and Inclusiveness Webinar Series

Society of Toxicology's Graduate Student Leadership Committee hosted a Diversity and Inclusiveness Webinar Series: Active Inclusivity in Toxicology. The webinar took place on December 6th and was the second-part of a three-part series. Webinar II consisted of "Obstacles Faced by Underrepresented Groups and Solutions to Ameliorate them." Dr. Sparks spoke about her experiences as a minority in STEM and how she maintains her motivation in a predominately colorless field. Great work, Dr. Sparks!
