Madeline, Ariana, and Dr. zur Nieden present work at 2019 IESCC annual meeting
Friday, November 1st the zur Nieden lab attended the annual Inland Empire Stem Cell Consortium hosted at University of California, Riverside.
Madeline Vera presented her work on perturbations in cell fate following exposure to chemicals present within tobacco smoke extract. Ariana Hardy presented her work related to microRNA misregulation in hypoglycemic conditions. Dr. Nicole zur Nieden gave a talk discussing the FOXO/AMPK hub which is linked to proliferation, metabolism and pluripotent state. Great job team!
