Presenting Dr. Lauren Walker!

The zur Nieden lab is proud to announce that Lauren successfully defended her dissertation, “The Effects of Molecular and Biochemical Disruptions Posed by Harm Reduction Tobacco Products on Developing Tissues Using Human Pluripotent Stem Cells,” this Spring Quarter.

Lauren was also selected to give the Student Commencement Address at the UC Riverside Graduate Commencement Ceremony. Her speech may be viewed here and begins around 47 minutes into the video.
