Hot Off the Press: Latest Published Work by Nicole Sparks Discusses Differences in Induced Pluripote
Nicole's most recent work on induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) lines differentiation capacity was published this month in Stem Cells.
Her paper, entitled "Low Osteogenic Yield in Human Pluripotent Stem Cells Associates with Differential Neural Crest Promoter Methylation," discusses how differences in developmentally-relevant promoter epigenetic modification patterns can influence the differentiation capacity of particular iPSC lines.
